Powerflute Oyj (the "Company"), a holding company and its wholly-owned subsidiary Savon Sellu Oy (which together comprise the "Group"), complies with the recommendations of the London Stock Exchange, NASDAQ OMX Helsinki, the Central Chamber of Commerce and the Confederation of Finnish Industries concerning the governance of publicly listed companies.

Powerflute endeavours to comply with current governance rules and regulations, and to apply best practices in the field of governance. Our corporate governance gives the shareholders control over the management and ensures that key strategies are implemented. The Board of Directors has adopted corporate governance guidelines for the company.
