Powerflute Oyj ('Powerflute') is listed on the London Stock Exchange’s AIM list. The number of shares in issue following the placing is 88 000 000. The percentage of AIM securities not in public hands is 50%. There are no restrictions on the transfer of securities.

As Powerflute is incorporated in Finland, the rights of shareholders in Powerflute may be different from the rights of shareholders in a UK incorporated company.

Powerflute Oyj is also listed on the First North Finland, the alternative market of NASDAQ OMX Helsinki. The additional listing took place in the Finnish section of the First North list. The Company's Shares are traded in Euros.
